let's get to know each other

I’m a Longmont native and a Realtor across Northern Colorado, and I think most people start looking at houses one step too early. Pick the town that actually fits your life and the right house tends to show up in it. That’s how I work with buyers from Longmont to Loveland.

MY STORY ▸
I grew up in Longmont and I’m raising my family here, so when I tell you where the water sat in 2013, which communities stay quiet, and which neighborhoods feel completely different on a Tuesday than they do on a Saturday, it isn’t coming from a market report. I’ve been licensed seven years and I’ve spent most of them along the Front Range, from Longmont and Erie through Boulder County and north toward Loveland and Fort Collins. I’ll also tell you the downsides of a house I’d love to sell you. That tends to be the part people remember.

Welcome, Friends
People rarely move because they want a different house. They move because something in life is changing.
My job is to help you find the place where that next chapter feels right. The right home. The right community. The confidence to know you're making a move that fits the life you're building.
WHY I DO THIS
I believe where you live shapes how you live.
Choosing a home is important, but choosing the right community is what makes the biggest difference long after moving day.
Handing someone keys is good. Running into them at the Longmont farmers market two years later and hearing that their kid walks to school, they’re in the neighborhood group chat, and they have strong opinions about the best patio downtown — that’s better. People think I sell houses. I help people land somewhere they’d pick again.

Real estate is personal. That's why I treat every client the way I'd want my own family to be treated.
"She genuinely cared about helping me find the right property, not just pushing me toward a sale. She was very direct when something didn't make sense—I always felt like she was protecting my best interests."
